Antonella Hartel

Teaches at Learn Italian with Fondazione Italia

Antonella was born and raised in Rome where she studied Art History and Languages. After moving to California, Antonella went back to University where she majored in Child Development, while obtaining her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. She has been teaching Italian as a second language to children and adults for the past 16 years. Antonella taught pre-school full time for four years, and elementary school for twelve years before becoming the second grade teacher for the Franklin Magnet School Italian Dual Immersion program in 2008. As of 2014 Antonella will be the fifth grade teacher for the Franklin Magnet School Italian Dual Immersion program. She has taught for Fondazione Italia for over ten years.
