Laura Fuller

Teaches at The Moving Joint

Laura Fuller has been working with people’s souls through their bodies for seventeen years. She teaches yoga and meditation to all ages, teaches teachers to work through yoga for special needs, and also teaches embodied gymnastics and practices Polarity Therapy. She began her studies as a teen in learning to work with her own challenges. She became interested in how movement and awareness could be used to process emotion and how, by feeling, effort, and metaphor we have the ability to change our own lives, and maybe more than that. Laura graduated UCLA with a degree in World Arts and Cultures with concentration in Dance and Pacifica Graduation Institute with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. Laura is currently deepening her understanding of brain states and the subconscious through studying hypnosis and also has the goal of a PhD in Clinical Psychology. She has studied with Hala Khouri and Julian Walker, among many fabulous others. She produces classes, camp and events to give people a sip of their soul, a comfort with their depths, and a good experience to remember.
