Lea was first introduced to Pilates through her mother. Both her parents are passionate about Health and Fitness. She completed her Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training on all the apparatus through Body Arts and Science International in 2007. Lea is proud to be a B.A.S.I. graduate! She has been practicing Pilates and Yoga regularly since was 16. Diagnosed with Scoliosis as a young adult, Pilates has changed the way her body feels and looks. Lea finds inspiration through meeting fellow Pilates instructors, working with physical therapists and taking yoga classes. Her sessions emphasize strengthening, lengthening, stretching and toning the body. Lea shares the knowledge that Joseph Pilates started decades ago combined with her own individualized approach on the system! Pilates is for every BODY no matter age, size, weight, or gender. Pilates is something that she is passionate about and believes in Pilates for every day stress management and overall well-being. Movement is the best medicine for your body. You will leave your sessions feeling taller, leaner, more aware of your alignment, posture, and most importantly your core!
