Pen aims to help her clients achieve their long term goals. Pain free treatment and postural alignment are her specialties. She integrates her techniques and knowledge to create a special program for an individual’s needs. Pen designs homework for her clients so they will can reach their goals quickly and without pain. Her certifications include: Personal training, Parkingson exercise Program, Yoga and Thai Yoga Body Therapy, Tai Chi & Qi Gong, Egoscue Method (Pain Free Therapy), Posture Alignment Specialist, Pilates (Long Beach Dance Conditioning), Pre-Post Pregnancy Pilates, Gyrotonic (Master Trainer Donna Place), and Reike. Back in Thailand Pen and her husband, Dave sponsor a foster home of 15 young Lisu (Hill Tribe) girls. Pen and her husband love to travel. They drive have driven across the country three times and they have been in all the states including Hawaii, Alaska and Guam Once a year they take a trip to Asia and the countries near by.
