Knock aka "Knocking Bird" began her pole journey in 2013 by accident when she came into a studio to try aerial silks but instead walked out a pole addict. Her style draws from power moves, creative transitions, and flexible shapes. In addition to teaching and training pole, she is a full-time photographer and videographer for the dance/aerial community. When not on a pole, she can be found contorting on a yoga mat or twirling around a lyra.
