Theodore Siegel

Teaches at Mt. San Antonio College

Theo Siegel is a writer, researcher and television professional with over 30 years of industry experience. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Communications. He lived in New York City and worked for CBS News as a Researcher for ten years. Later, Theo moved to Los Angeles where he worked as a film archivist and researcher at E! Entertainment/Comcast Networks for twenty years. Following his long tenure at E!, he freelance-worked for the CBS daily show “The Talk” and the History Channel series, “America’s Book of Secrets.” Theo has amassed an amazing knowledge of filmography and has a true love and appreciation of movies. He is an excellent communicator and enjoys analyzing and discussing films with anyone who has an interest. This presentation is an extension of his love of the movies and his desire and commitment to bring this appreciation to others. 

He has taught a “Behind the Classics” course at Susi Q Community Center in Laguna Beach, will be teaching a film classics course at Orange Coast College in the Spring of 2018 and his clients include many senior Centers and Assisted Living facilities, libraries and museums.
