    Making paella was wonderful. It had been a long time since I had it and the chef gave us a lot of tips to make it taste the best, especially getting the rice to stick to the bottom of the pan. The roasted broccoli was delicious, too.

    Wow, the dumplings were so delicious! I didn’t know what to expect but I learned so much and I will be making these again. This was my second class with Chef Eve and she is really awesome and knows so much! For a novice in the kitchen like me, the class was fast-paced but you do receive the instructions so you can fine tune and continue on your dumpling journey. A+

    Everything was easy and delicious. Loved making chicken thighs that way. It was my first time trying polenta(both cooking and eating) and it was surprisingly good. I was happy to see in your recipes a way to use leftover polenta.

    I love Chef Eve’s classes! Amazing that she can cover so much in the timeframe. Recipes are always delish/excellent! I would suggest participants plan ahead and review recipes, ingredient and tools needed lists well before classtime. I would also suggest that you plan to repeat the class instructions on your own time (maybe the next day.)
