Great teacher - very engaging. Very hands on and the small group meant that we could ask lots of different questions. I really enjoyed the class and would look to go back to the same place for additional courses.

I learned so much and had a great time! Learned much more than just about fish - we learned about technique, knife cuts - much more than cooking fish. Erica was so knowledgeable and fun and I highly recommend this class!

I learned so much in such a short period of time. Erica is a fantastic teacher and also gave us all top tips on many other ways to cook and cut that weren't always just related to the fish course. I will be back there.

everything that was wrong with my cooking fish has been corrected in this class! I really enjoy cooking any seafood braised/ pan seared or fried / poached. It's a class for anyone who wants to learn how to cook fish. Worth every penny and our instructor, Erika, was awesome. I can't wait to take another class with her.

I couldn't believe how much we learned in such a short period - not just the recipes on hand, but a range of cooking techniques, such as how to sautee without a non-stick pan. The recipes were all delicious and not too fussy. We also learned a range of variations, so the class expanded my repertoire and left me inspired with new ideas. Erica was fun and very knowledgable and at the start of the class, she gave a great overview of the fish we should and shouldn't be eating.
