What you'll learn in this dessert class:

You will really appreciate making and enjoying succulent, moist, delicious chocolate soufflés. And it is easier than you may have thought! 

During this virtual event Chef Daniel will guide you in making 2 luscious chocolate soufflés as he explains the basics, while you work with him in creating your own.

You will need:

Equipment:

  • 2 ramekins (about 5 inches in diameter or so)
  • A medium size whisk (if you buy one specifically for this class, make sure to get what’s called a “balloon” whisk)
  • 1 medium bowl
  • 2 small bowls

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup good quality baking chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp  pat butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp flour

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 31 business days or more in advance of the class date will receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees.
  • Due to the amount of preparation necessary for each class (including purchasing & shipping ingredients) cancellations made within 22 – 31 business days prior to the class will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 22 business days of the class will not receive a refund.
