As your tiramisu sets, enjoy crafting Espresso Martinis, ensuring no ingredients go to waste while perfecting a delightful dessert experience.
Make 3 delicious refreshing desserts in 90 minutes. Each recipe has just a few simple steps and doesn’t require turning on the oven. You’ll use chocolate two ways, learn how to make ganache, whip pudding without dairy and layer a cake you don’t have to bake.
The secret — soaking it with fresh peach juice and bourbon (alcohol optional).
Menu will include:
All ages welcome and encouraged. Youth might need adult support in the kitchen. This is a virtual love hands on cooking class. You can make any or all of the treats along with us, using the ingredients and equipment you have on hand. We will share recipes and walk you through simple substitutions.
At least one week before the class as well, you will receive recipes, a detailed list of ingredients and materials and prep instructions. Minimal prep required.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
