    Chef Eric’s knife skill class was a good way to get started with cooking classes. He starts off by talking about the different knifes you need and then demos the style of cuts and finally you get to enjoy cutting your self as him and his assistant go around teaching you as you do what you have learned. I’ll be back to learn from Chef Eric.

    Chef Eric was friendly and jovial, the staff was super helpful, and I really enjoyed the class. I learned the things I wanted to, and some when it came to what best knives and sharpening techniques to use. Also, sending students home with a fresh, delicious plate of food is never a bad idea! I look forward to putting everything I learned into practice.

    We thoroughly enjoyed this class! Having been recently gifted a nice knife set, we wanted to learn how to use and care for them. Chef Eric has an easy to follow teaching style and encourages questions which he answers thoroughly. After covering types and makes of knives, knife care and a demonstration of several cuts, we were able to try the techniques ourselves. As an added bonus, Chef Eric walked us through how to separate a whole chicken.The results of all our practicing were put together into a delicious meal that we enjoyed at the end of class. We'll be keeping an eye on the calendar for more courses!
