If you are unable to attend a class, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

• Credits or refunds less 5% cancellation fee are available up to 15 business days before the date of your class.
• If you cancel up to 8 business days prior to the class, you may receive a full credit.
• If you cancel within 3 business days of your class, you may receive a credit of 50% of your payment.
• If we do not receive notice from you prior to the day of your class, we are unable to provide a credit.

Photo Camp Cancellation Policy

If your child is unable to attend the session you have registered for, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

• A full refund, minus $49 processing fee, is available up to 61 business days prior to the camp session for which your child is registered.
• If you cancel less than 61 business days prior to the camp session for which your child is registered, we are pleased to offer a credit, minus processing fees.

The school reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any class. In the event that the school must cancel a class or workshop, you may request a full refund.
