All you need is a freezer, some fruit and a blender and/or food processor. Join Teaching Table for some freezing tips just in time for summer’s bounty, recipe ideas and 3 treats to cool you off on a summer day, all in under 1 hour. You will also finally learn the difference between all of your small kitchen appliances and how to best use each of them.
This is a virtual live hands on cooking class. You can make any or all of the treats along with us, using the ingredients and equipment you have on hand. We will share recipes and walk you through simple substitutions.

- Chocolate Coconut Pudding Pops
All recipes for this class are vegan and gluten-free. Most can be made without any added sugar.

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
