In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the secrets to baking deliciously decadent cinnamon rolls in your own oven.
You’ll mix, knead, roll, cut, and bake your own amazing cinnamon rolls, filled with traditional brown sugar and cinnamon and finished with cream cheese frosting, or you can change it up by adding orange zest, raspberry jam, Nutella, sauteed apples, pecans, even rainbow sprinkles. It’s all up to you.
You’ll leave class with a pan of excellent warm cinnamon rolls, recipes, and the ability to make cinnamon rolls at home, any time you want.
Ingredients you need:
- All-purpose flour
- Yeast – any kind
- White & brown sugar
- Butter – 3 sticks
- Eggs – optional
- Milk
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- Other/additional fillings and toppings of your choice: orange zest, raspberry jam, Nutella, nuts, cardamom, sprinkles, vanilla, etc.
Equipment you need:
- Mixing bowl
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Knife
- Wooden/large spoon
- Rolling pin or similar
- 9×13 pan or 2 smaller pans
- Access to an oven
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
