Join us on National Linguine day for one of the first dishes my dad taught me to cook. Our version is loaded with butter, garlic, parsley and scallions and served with fresh handmade linguine.
In less than 90 minutes from start to finish, and with just a handful of quality ingredients, you’ll make Shrimp Scampi with fresh pasta. Make pasta dough from scratch, then roll it out and cut your own linguine. You will also learn the origins and history of Shrimp Scampi and practice Teaching Table’s rules for making perfect pasta dishes.
Once you taste this dish and experience how easy it is to make, you will add this to your weekly meal rotation (but maybe with prepared or boxed pasta).
This is a hands-on live virtual class.
