Imago: A Pathway to Conscious Relationships

Our closest relationships often provide the best opportunity for our growth. The connection between the frustrations inherent in adult relationships and our early childhood experiences makes compassionate exploration of our past essential. This course offers us an effective technique to unlock what lies beneath some of these deep conflicts, providing us with a path out of repetitive destructive patterns and into conscious ways of relating and loving. We will be introduced to key concepts and techniques of Imago Relationship therapy, a method created by Dr. Harville Hendrix, author of the best-selling book Getting the Love You Want. We’ll experience the powerfully transformative Imago Dialogue process, learn about the differences between conscious and unconscious relationship; safely explore the connection between our past relationship wounds and our current challenges and discover how to transform relationship conflicts into opportunities for understanding and growth.
