The staff was warm, inviting, and helpful! The space was clean and spacious. The drinks, music, and food were all superb! I will be back for future events!
  • Authentic Tagliatelle al Pesto

    John J. • March 18, 2025
Really nice class as i booked it for myself only. I was invited and placed with a family of 5 that was so nice. Learn how to make pasta with no machines but use your hands and correct tools, the really Italian way. I didn't realize that machines can heat up your ingredients for your sources and can ruin them. I am here in town for 6 months and wanted to do something over the weekend and these classes works for me and can for you too! Cheers!
  • Authentic Tagliatelle al Pesto

    Tyler D. • March 17, 2025
The instructor was great honestly. She was super helpful, friendly, and inclusive of everyone. I think my only complaint with the experience was that the cooking class was not held in a kitchen and the class was not as communal as I would have expected or liked. I would recommend the experience to a friend though.
  • Homemade Pizza

    Rafiq A. • March 17, 2025
I really enjoyed the class. The explanation was clear, the chef clearly knew what they were doing and about the what was named for the food. Though I would have used different ingredients because of food preferences but overall it was fun.
  • Hands-On Pasta Making

    Stephanie S. • March 12, 2025
My partner and I recently attended a couples pasta making class, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with friendly and attentive instructors who made us feel right at home. Though we encountered a few humorous bumps in our pasta-making journey (who knew dough could be so stubborn?), the instructors were incredibly patient and supportive, guiding us through each step with care and expertise. Their passion for pasta and teaching was truly inspiring, and their encouragement kept us smiling and laughing throughout the class. The hands-on approach allowed us to learn new skills together, creating lasting memories and delicious pasta! The class was well-organized, informative, and above all, a fantastic way to spend quality time with my partner. We left with full hearts and satisfied appetites, already planning our next culinary adventure. If you're looking for a fun, unique date night that combines learning, laughter, and delicious food, we highly recommend this couples pasta making class! ?❤️

  • Valentine's Taste of Italy (Couples/BYOB)

    Kelsey G. • February 16, 2025
The class was really well organized from instructions sent prior, to directions on where to go and what to bring. Once we got there the instructor gave clear information on what we would be preparing and step by step notes and advice on how to best achieve success. She walked around to each table to make sure we were on track and the food ended up being absolutely delicious. We were also able to meet another couple that was at our table and was so much fun getting to know them. We even went to drinks afterwards with them and made new friends!

  • Fresh Handmade Pasta (BYOB)

    Peter A. • January 13, 2025
The chef and his staff did a great job teaching us how to create a homemade pasta dinner from scratch. The instruction started with a visual instruction, then we were on our own (group-wise) to replicate what the chef did. The additional staff were friendly and helpful floating around to see how we were progressing and answer any questions we may have had. Bring a friend, date or come on your own....everyone is friendly and don't forget to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy your nice dinner with. TIP: bring a shopping bag if you want to take home leftovers.

  • Homemade Pizza Party for Two People

    Bruno T. • January 7, 2025
It was a great time, and very informative, but I want to really give credit to two things in particular the venue and the instructor. The place was great with a surprise of live music and very cheap bar which me and my girlfriend kept running off to. Also, mainly the instructor Sandro was great and super nice and professional.
  • Authentic Tagliatelle al Pesto

Me and my partner loved the course. It was very tense - felt like we were getting a mild peak into what really happens in the kitchen. It was such a fun activity to do with a friend or partner and the chef was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. He wanted to share his love for pasta with us and was willing to come to our level. I thoroughly enjoyed

Virtual Italian Cooking Classes & Schools

Online Italian Cooking classes offer many of the same perks as in-person ones: a live teacher who can give feedback in real time and a community of like-minded fellow students. In-person classes hold the advantage of providing a professional kitchen setup and all tools and ingredients required. However, many find themselves more comfortable learning in their own kitchen. Whether you don’t have time for a commute or simply prefer to cook in your own home, check out CourseHorse’s catalog of online Italian cooking classes.

You can learn to cook an impressive Northern Italian Dinner with Home Cooking New York’s class without ever stepping foot out of your own kitchen. They provide a grocery list for four servings of this rustic meal, but you can easily adjust the recipe to serve as many as you choose.

Another fine Italian cooking class option is The Good Food Project’s Ravioli and Filled Pasta Workshop. You will learn to make your own fettuccine, linguine, ravioli, mezzaluna, and tortellini. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a plate of scratch-made tortellini and ravioli and the confidence to be able to prepare the pasta of your choice in your own kitchen any day of the week.
