Bronx C.C. is a great campus. I just graduated yesterday at the 57th Commencement and it was a great feeling to walk out as a college graduate. I went back at the start of the Fall Semester of '15 as a part-time student, where I apply myself to the the schedule I set up myself. The courses were simple, I followed the syllabi to the "T". It was worth it and the Faculty & Staff are nice. -

If you challenge yourself they challenge you. You need to know what you want and willing to get it in the time frame you set. No one is handing you anything that you haven't earned. Excellent professors they even send and reply to email at 2 AM. It took awhile but eventually you get the hang of the various offices financial aid, registrar, bursar's admissions to name a few to help you accomplish your goal but it can be done. You may come across someone having a bad day but that doesn't represent the majority. Great place to be educated. -

This is a great school, that will prepare you for a four year college, and for life in general. BMCC has a walk in tutoring (you do not need an appointment), the school also has different kinds of clubs and activities that you could join and enjoy. BMCC also has a great scholarship program, if you get good grades. The school atmosphere is clean, respectful, and there are student from all over the world attending; the professor are reasonable, and there are busses and train near the surroundings. I had a great time while attending "Borough of Manhattan Community College. -

I took the Herbal Alternatives to Antibiotics class and it was great. Robin is a little scattered, but I don't mind since I am the same way. Plus, the amount of knowledge she provides more than makes up for it! She also brings in little tastings of teas, berries, mushrooms, etc. I had never heard of her before, but I am a huge fan now! I highly recommend this class. -

For example, someone asked what to do when a person is wet for the AED. I never knew the answer and seems kind of important and very likely to happen. -

I've been renewing my CPR certification yearly for a long time. The teacher (Shane) was one of the best I've had. He was very knowledgeable and thorough without keeping us in class forever (which has happened many times before.) I received my card quickly and for the first time in a while, actually felt like I learned something in a CPR class.
