Heels Dance is an art form that allows both beginner and experienced dancers to explore their femininity, sensuality, and movement all while wearing a stiletto.
What to expect in a Heels Dance Class?
First, Heels are not mandatory! We welcome dancers to come take class in sneakers, socks, or barefoot.
Class begins with a brief warm up (without heels) consisting of stretches and body isolations that will help you feel grounded and comfortable in your body. We will then practice proper technique of how to walk in a heel, and end by dancing it out to a fun, sultry choreography taught in class. All movements are designed to help you unlock your unapologetic and authentic self expression.

** 30 minute Performance Workshop **
Every third Wednesday of the month we offer a post-performance workshop at the end of class where dancers have the opportunity to perform the choreography on camera and receive a professionally filmed video. There’s no pressure to film, you can simply stay and enjoy watching your fellow classmates perform.
