Any 2 hour workshop/class has a NO Refund policy.
All other class offerings have a refund policy requiring cancellation 8 business days prior to the date of the class/program for a full refund less 5% cancellation fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
