Hi, I'm a complete beginner who has zero experience drawing with markers. Is the class fast paced for absolute beginners like myself?

I also had zero experience. You’ll be fine!

The instructor leaves plenty of time for you to draw your figures and designs. This class is also great for beginners in that you will receive much inspiration from other participants in what and how to draw. You will have a great time!

This is my 2nd time taking this workshop with Steven Broadway and the experience was totally different from the first. I learned more techniques and saw growth in my drawings. This course primarily focuses on creative fashion designs on standard garment outlines on croquis. As a beginner's course the instructor will guide you with a standard croqui and will show you how to draw fabric texture. The creativity...is all YOU! This allows for everyone showcasing unique works of art. The course my seem overwhelming at the beginning as Steven pours out garment outline after garment outline. But he will give you plenty of time to draw and develop ideas. Steven incorporates music in the creative process to support the fashion feel. You learn from both Steven and your fellow classmates.

This was a great class. I was just looking for a drawing outlet and got so much more. You will learn the basics in fashion drawing: how do draw on a figure and seasonal fashion styles to apply. The class served both beginners and experienced. The instructor may appear to go quickly but he will give you time to draw and create. The four hours of class was enjoyable and relaxing. Enjoyed the class so much I want to continue practicing this style of drawing. Cheers!
