Description

This two-day course gives you hands-on experience as a Product Owner through a combination of interactive exercises. Instructors will share in-depth case studies from their own coaching experiences in the field and answer your questions. You’ll learn how to assess business value, prioritize features, projects, and portfolios, as well as return real revenue with the product backlog.

Participants that successfully complete the course will earn the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) designation and receive a two-year membership to Scrum Alliance.
