Please read our policy for in-person workshops. By registering for an in-person workshop, you are agreeing to abide by the safety measures and cancelation policy in place. Thank you for your support as we navigate these changes!

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds on workshop registrations.

  • If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit if you notify us at least 5 business days before the workshop.
  • Workshop credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to merchandise purchases
  • We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 5 business days advance notice.
  • Credits cannot be given for any registrations for workshops hosted by visiting/ out of town instructors. Due to the nature of these one-time-only workshops, all events hosted by special guests are subject to this policy. Thank you for understanding!
  • In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, or other Act of God, you will receive a credit to take another class at a later date (in-person or virtual).

Our workshops require a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies and tools, booking staff, and making commitments to pay our instructors -- all based on the number of students who register. When students ask to cancel or reschedule at the last minute, we lose money. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs and still keep our class prices low.

In fairness to all of our customers, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness or travel. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!

Refund Processing Fees:

  • The following only applies in the event a provider’s cancellation/refund policy allows for cancellations and a full refund, please see above or contact CourseHorse to determine eligibility.
  • In the event a class is still going to occur and a full refund is requested, and you are eligible for a full refund in accordance with the provider’s policy, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Such a lovely teacher and the class was great! I adored the scarf at the end too! Can't wait to make myself another one soon!
  • Arm Knitting

Arm knitting was so much fun! I thought I'd be nervous and lost, coming in without muck knitting experience, but the instructor made the whole experience comfortable and easy to follow. I loved that I was able to make something I could take home with me and wear, then take it apart and make something new again with the yarn from class as practice. I was excited to meet new people after such a long hiatus from social activities and learn a new skill in the afternoon. Would be thrilled to take more classes at this location.
  • Arm Knitting

Te instructor was patient and used her camera to ensure we could see each step. I wish we had gotten more detail about the yarn rather than just telling us what to purchase from their store. I had tons of yarn so I didn’t buy any and didn’t understand that the technique works better with thicker yarn, or that I needed two balls and not one.
  • Arm Knitting

I had a finished product in two hours!

I did arm knitting course today with Amelia and she was fantastic! She was friendly, helpful and welcoming and repeated everything several times so could learn. She helped us too along way with helping with issues that popped up.

This was a great class. Very easy craft to learn. You will walk out with a completed scarf. Very relaxing and social. The instructor was great. Offered one on one help continuously as she insured the progression of each attendee. Thank you very much. My only suggestion is to offer attendees the opportunity to bring their own yarn or purchase at location. The yarn purchased at location is of excellent quality but choices were limited and a little pricy.

This class was so fun and easy! We all left with some beautiful in our arms or around our necks! Amelia was wonderful, patient and a true teacher - she made us all feel like pros.

I never knew there was an Arm knitting in my life. I had a great experience learning it. I would for sure come back for these classes again. I was in New York on work from India and I went for this class and I wish I had more time to go for more classes. But next time I will make sure I am here for more of these classes.
