This workshop delves into anatomy, balance, and coordination to help you achieve natural, pain-free alignment. Learn practical tools to improve posture in daily life without relying on rigid or unrealistic techniques.
Discover how empowering self-relating’s somatic techniques can improve your inner life. Caryn has developed ten self-relating principles to resolve unconscious inner conflicts, inhibitions, shame, and trauma. This approach harnesses neuroscience, somatic awareness, heart chakra presence, internal/external movement, and embodied techniques. Through a combination of experiential and embodied exercises, pair explorations, and group work, we tune into our nervous system and other people’s bio-rhythms, and then choose how we relate to the collective field. As the weeks go by, you will experience more inner peace and relief. Participants come away with an anchored experience of greater presence, confidence, worth, and belonging, and tools that continue to allow these shifts to unfold.
