Emily was a great instructor and the class was a lot of fun. We met some cool people and learned a lot about the process of making croissants. The best part, obviously, was smelling the croissants as they came out of the oven and eating them fresh and piping hot. Honestly, some of the best croissants I’ve ever had. I like the set up of the class as well so that we were able to experience each part of the croissant making process but still able to eat our creations. Will definitely be back for some of their other classes. -
French Macarons (Gluten Free Recipe)
Loved that the instructor was very educational, explained why we would take certain steps, and some of the chemistry behind it. She was wonderful! Thanks so much, Emily! -
Authentic Sushi Making
The chef was very knowledgeable, and created a fun atmosphere. Everything was delicious and made with high end ingredients, and there was bartender on site, which was a very nice touch. It was a really good time, and we’re excited to try other courses. -

We had not expected to go around the whole island so pleasantly surprised. Many fascinating photo opportunities. The north side is hilly and new vantage points from what you normally see when biking or driving. Will do this same tour again. -

Chef Elle was a good instructor. I’ve struggled with a couple of aspects of frosting cakes and she had the keys to unlock the skill I need. The place is lovely. The instructor was stellar. It was clean and organized well.
