What you'll learn in this travel photography class:

You love to travel and you love taking photos. Whether you travel overseas or locally, the most successful travel photographs capture the essence of place, people and their culture, the lived environment and the wild landscape. Bring home images that help you relive the moment that compelled you to take the shot in the first place.

Part 1: The Fundamentals of Travel Photography

Live, fully interactive virtual learning

How to prepare for your trip: Research, gear and camera settings. What to shoot: How to take better pictures of architecture and its details, cityscapes, landscapes and even local foods. How to approach people in unfamiliar places and languages. Planning when to shoot during the day and night and using light. How to tell a story with your photographs.

Part 2: In-Person, Lambertville, NJ

This session provides invaluable hands-on experience. Ask questions, make mistakes, your instructor is there to teach you what you need to know to make the pictures you envision.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend a class, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Credits or refunds less 5% cancellation fee are available up to 15 business days before the date of your class.
If you cancel up to 8 business days prior to the class, you may receive a full credit.
If you cancel within 3 business days of your class, you may receive a credit of 50% of your payment.
If we do not receive notice from you prior to the day of your class, we are unable to provide a credit.

Photo Camp Cancellation Policy

If your child is unable to attend the session you have registered for, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

A full refund, minus $49 processing fee, is available up to 61 business days prior to the camp session for which your child is registered.
If you cancel less than 61 business days prior to the camp session for which your child is registered, we are pleased to offer a credit, minus processing fees.

The school reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any class. In the event that the school must cancel a class or workshop, you may request a full refund.
