In case of discontinuation by Student:

• The school may, at it's sole discretion, offer to transfer up to 40% of the amount paid towards a new course if and when the reasons for discontinuation are considered an emergency or health related issue.
• For this offer to be considered, student must submit such request no later than on the 2nd class of the original course.
• Offers will be made on a case by case basis. Credit amount will be determined based on each individual circumstance. Credits are a courtesy only and are not guaranteed at any time.

NOTE: Credits, discounts, and special arrangements will be granted ONLY one time per individual.

Course Cancellation by the school:

Should a course need to be cancelled, we will offer students a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee of the amount paid OR a full credit towards a new course, within 4 weeks of the cancelled course start date.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
