Chef Samantha was very funny, attentive and helpful. She shared many useful tips that could be applied to baking outside of just croissants (IE - different temperatures for gas v convention ovens and proofing in a home oven). Walked away feeling really confident about baking croissants on my own and had a blast during the class. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. -

Absolutely a fantastic experience. The instructor was kind and attentive, which is not easy since we were a full class! Was very adept at answering questions from the entire group, although I think I asked the most! LOL! I think I will wind up taking this class a second time to practice the techniques that I learned. I've already signed up for the cake certificate course! -

Was fun fun fun! Learned so much. Instructor was hands-on! Great experience I enjoyed with my daughter! Would just recommend to wear an old shirt or bring a smock... then again, I'm not the neatest! Highly recommend. Will be back! -
Fresh Handmade Pasta (BYOB)
The chef and his staff did a great job teaching us how to create a homemade pasta dinner from scratch. The instruction started with a visual instruction, then we were on our own (group-wise) to replicate what the chef did. The additional staff were friendly and helpful floating around to see how we were progressing and answer any questions we may have had. Bring a friend, date or come on your own....everyone is friendly and don't forget to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy your nice dinner with. TIP: bring a shopping bag if you want to take home leftovers. -

Emily was a great instructor and the class was a lot of fun. We met some cool people and learned a lot about the process of making croissants. The best part, obviously, was smelling the croissants as they came out of the oven and eating them fresh and piping hot. Honestly, some of the best croissants I’ve ever had. I like the set up of the class as well so that we were able to experience each part of the croissant making process but still able to eat our creations. Will definitely be back for some of their other classes. -
