Get a great workout in while drilling beginner - advanced moves, inverts, spins & climbs. There is no dancing in this class. Some spinning pole basics are incorporated into some classes. Attire: Comfortable athletic moveable clothing, something that will allow you to expose the lower part of your leg from the knee cap and down. No high heels.
