It gave us the operating basics for getting on Twitter and how to participate. The course could've been a little more organized, and I also would've appreciated more background on why Twitter is important for me to use (or not), and how to best take advantage of what it can do to improve my business and my life in general (or not). In other words, I think the course would be better if it included some professional perspective on the value of Twitter and why it might be worth someone's time and effort.

I thought this class was a hands on approach to learning Twitter. The instructor humilated me because I tried to ask questions pointing me out as the only student who interrupted her. This was supposed to be a class on Twitter basics but she talked only of the history of Twitter and did not want others to talk.I wanted to learn why the hashtag is used etc. and how to use Twitter. Her English was also very poor and her manner was not very personable. I left the class after an hour very disappointed. MG

It appeared that the library & CourseHorse were not in sync. The library had no idea this was happening. It was not on any of their schedules and I got sent around to people who knew nothing of this class. The Instructor had no idea the group across the hall was his group as well. In the future this should be remedied. Otherwise the class was pretty good and informative (but lasted only 1 hour because of all the confusion. In addition, people left). Thank you anyway. I learned something!!
