The instructor is engaged, very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. His class could be made stronger by not letting participants pull the class instruction into various tributaries that are too specific for the entire class to benefit from – especially when this is an intro level class. The other suggestion I have is for the instructor to stick to the basics and follow ABCD, rather than CFACDR etc. I definitely learned things - thanks! -

Intermediate Microsoft Excel
The instructor Jeanette was great, very knowledgeable. The only thing I would have changed was that she was doing both online instructing and instructing us in the actual physical classroom. I would not have both happen at the same time. The students online kept asking questions that held us up on a few things, we didn't get to finish everything bc of that. If they would have been in the room that would have probably helped. Jeanette was patient and at times she had to let them know we needed to move on in order to keep up but will address them afterwards. Besides that, she walked us through as much of the course as she could. -

SQL Level II
Great experience, I learned a good deal and feel much more confident in my skills after this class. It’s the right value for what I paid for. I had finished a couple of free tutorials on sql before this intermediate class and was able to hold my own. -

Beginner Microsoft Excel
The teacher was going at a very fast pace and when I asked for help he would tell me that I was taking notes and that's why I couldn't keep up. I really didn't feel comfortable interacting with him. -
Beginner AutoCAD
Great basics course. Helpful workbook that can be used as a refresher anytime after class. This course helped me decipher my company as-builds and drawings better and perform edits more efficiently. -
Microsoft PowerPoint Level II
The class was useful and Scott was very knowledgeable about all things PowerPoint. Unfortunately, my enjoyment of the class was affected by his rudeness toward some of his students. -
