The class is great, a bit too fast for me since I tried Jazz for the first time.

Jessica Is a wonderful instructor! I enjoyed my first class can't wait for the next :)
Tap (Beginners)

I was overwhelmed in the ‘beginner’ tap dance class as a first timer. I was not able to follow the moves most of the time (many moves were assumed to be known by students). The class is made up of experienced tap dancers who have been dancing for years. I will try the ‘absolute beginner’ class to see if I will be able to learn the basics. If it the absolute beginner class also ends up having all experienced dancers, then I will look for another dancing school where I may find true beginners.

I ended up being the only one at the class and Andrea improvised the lesson in a way that catered to my novice level yet allowed me to be expressive in the studio space. It was really fun and fulfilling!

It was a nice experience! However, it’s very challenging for someone that is really a beginner like me. I chose the beginner class and thought that everyone it will be a beginner! But the teacher did the best to stay with me and teach the basic steps!
I will be sign in to another class again!

I really enjoyed this class, one thing to be aware of is if you have no prior knowledge of ballet lingo, positions, etc it can be frustrating for some. It didn't bother me personally but I could see how someone who is an absolute beginner might feel out of place. Otherwise the instructor was patient, informative and very knowledgeable and despite being and absolute beginner myself I would definitely consider returning!

This class was great! I am a complete novice, and while the learning of the positions was difficult I didn't feel outcasted or forgotten. Everyone in and the class and Sanchit was very friendly and I will be back. ✌

The place is absolutely charming and is filled with people who really, truly care.
If you are truly a beginner this class will be a little challenging.
Also, you do need to bring your own tap shoes.
Overall, a very memorable and authentic experience.

It's not fair when it's a beginner level class, yet advanced students sign-up for this class and make beginners intimidated and unable to learn.

CourseHorse has exceptional and accommodating customer service. More importantly, the instructor, Bill was very knowledgeable, talented and skillful. He explained things in concise detail and was able to attend to my needs as a beginner. The class size was small, which allowed for more one-on-one instructions that benefitted the students in a positive way. I would recommend this class, especially Bill the instructor, bc I had a great learning experience.
Students at Milk Bar generally enjoyed the classes and found them to be fun and enjoyable. Students appreciated the instructors, who were described as great, friendly, and attentive. Many students mentioned that they loved being able to take home the finished cake and truffles. Overall, students found the classes to be a fun and delicious experience.

- "The staff is EXTREMELY supportive. They walk around and are like 'Wow that already looks awesome but you know what else you could try???' - the most supportive atmosphere I've experienced in a cooking class in a while. I'd definitely recommend this."
