Jamzfit™ is a boutique dance studio that provides dance instruction and fitness classes in New York City. Our classes are designed to give clients that similar ultimate body workout that dancers get while helping them improve their dance skills. We provide a place for all dance and fitness enthusiasts or anybody looking to learn how to dance or get fit. We bring all your favorite dance fitness workouts into one outlet, from Zumba to Hip Hop dance classes, as well as some of our own signature workouts.
The mission of Jamzfit™ is to provide a fun and exciting way to get fit while spreading the joy of dance. Exercise is a thing of the past. Join the new age and get fit by dancing. After all, why exercise when you can dance and get the same results? We provide dance classes for people with all levels and dance experience from the absolute beginner to the professional trained dancer. As we continue to grow, we will expand our range and offer more classes.
