2. Tranquil rest; comfort: to enjoy one's ease, freedom from concern, anxiety, or solicitude; a quiet state of mind

We believe there is no “one right way” for everyone to feel strengthened not just on a physical level,but on a mental and piritual level as well. What gets me through the day and puts me more at ease may be something totally different for you.

We help to provide our customers with a means of attaining balance using different modalities that strengthen the human body, mind & spirit making them “whole”.

Our goal and desire in strengthening the“whole” person is to facilitate an overall sense of well being and fulfillment, and to improve overall quality of life using one or more of our various offerings.

Far too many people feel a sense of imbalance in their lives and by providing our unique fitness program and our other wellness services to even just a small portion of the community, we feel that the mental & physical strength that people will gain from it, will help them to have more balance and create a positive shift in their lives and the lives of those around them.

Our objective is for the community to recognize [email protected]’s name for what it is a haven for strength and serenity. A place where we can all learn to “Love Ourselves”.

The Fit Body Bootcamp class is challenging, but totally worth it! I purchased the 10-session pack and I'm so glad I did. Not only is it an incredible value, but it held me accountable so I was more motivated to keep showing up. The exercises can be modified based on your fitness level and are easy to replicate at home, but having a trainer there to correct your form and give you that extra nudge makes all the difference. Small class sizes mean you get plenty of individual attention, too. My instructor, George, was super helpful and personable!

The instructor was awesome. I loved the vibe of the place. Class was private and in a great atmosphere. I felt super comfortable and plan to go on a weekly basis. I've found my work out spot thanks to course hourse!!!!
