The Squadron is offering week-long specialized programs this summer for kids aged 12+, focused on developing critical life-skills - Top Aces Youth Academy.

The Squadron was established with the mission to help senior management and business teams unleash the best version of themselves. Our workshops and training programs offer a unique and empowering experiential training experience, which includes challenging simulated flights and navigation.
These experience, coupled with briefing sessions from our training staff, provide teams and individuals with a unique set of advanced capabilities and tools to drive individual, team, and organizational excellence. These skills can be quickly assimilated into an organization and into day-to-day life, giving it a distinct advantage in today’s dynamic and competitive world.
We’ve now adapted these experiences for individuals as well, and have opened enrollment for the Top Aces Youth Program during the summer of 2024.

The Squadron’s training staff includes senior Air Force pilots and commanders, Flight Simulator Instructors, and organizational consultants with extensive military training experience. Our diverse team enables The Squadron to develop customized executive development plans to meet each organization’s business goals.
