The woman who lead the class was very good and knowledgable. I now know more about wines in general. However, the pizza was simply not good and their was no emphasis on the pizza portion of the class. The pizza was made in regular ovens at temps that "real" pizza would never be prepared in. It was clear the people cooking the pizza had no idea what they were doing behind preparing some unpleasant combinations. We were very disappointed with this part of the class. The class also was really only 1.5 hours, not 2 as advertised.
