NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Please enroll in this class only if you have prior experience in bellydance and other dance fitness activities.

Elevate your practice and skills with challenging choreography combinations and high-intensity drills designed to test your abilities, then finish with an impressive shimmy challenge competition at the conclusion of class. This comprehensive workout trains both your brain and your body equally, providing the perfect challenge and cardiovascular workout for experienced dancers and performers who want to deepen and strengthen their existing skills and get an excellent full-body exercise session.

Important Note: Please wear comfortable, fitted clothing such as form-fitting tops or dance wear. We will supply hip scarves, finger cymbals, and additional props as needed for your performance.

Refund Policy

We will refund less 5% cancellation fee up to 1 business day before class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
