I really enjoyed this buttercream flower class. The instruction was very good and I am amazed at how creative making buttercream flowers can be. Just one thing that took away a bit from the experience was that it was a very hot day so the buttercream was hard to work with because it was so soft and wouldn't hold shape very well. -

I enjoy baking (especially cupcakes). I was happy to find this class. I took it with a friend. Great idea for a weekend activity. We both really enjoyed this class. Instructions were clear. The instructor was wonderful and moved between groups to ensure batter and icing were perfect. We even got to take home cupcakes and all the recipes the whole group made. I would definitely take more classes both here and with the instructor. -

I enjoyed this, made baking easy, and got to feel like a professional baker using the pro mixer and everything. Instructor was fun, taught some tips and gave information about the baking process, and made class fun and enjoyable. Cupcakes came out delicious, and we got to taste one and take home a whole box of 9. I had a lot of fun! Great way to spend a couple hours in the city and take a hobby to a new level. This cupcake decorating class was very enjoyable this past weekend. Going into it, I really did not know what to expect. Sonia Sweeney was very pleasant instructor who kept everyone engaged. Although we did not offer much feedback in the class, I know I didn't because I was so focused on what she was teaching us and having us do. It was nice how she had us practice the rosettes, spirals and 3 leaves on parchment paper first. It really helped me work out all my kinks before applying it on the final cupcakes. I would definitely recommend my friends to take this class. -
