Murray’s Boot Camp is an intensive and interactive two-day learning experience for cheese enthusiasts and professionals seeking a strong foundation in the world of cheese. An exclusive chance to learn with experts from across Murray's, meet like-minded cheese lovers, discover new cheeses, and dive deep into key topics. From milk composition to monger skills, cheese history to wine pairing, affinage to sensory evaluation. Additional Information

Boot Camp takes place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
