From milk composition to monger skills, cheese history to wine pairing, affinage to sensory evaluation. Plus, you’ll take home a Boot Camp Binder, an educational resource that will keep you informed as you continue your cheese journey.

Format: learning sessions and guided tastings with Murray’s experts in our classroom
Includes: 30+ cheeses, curated pairings, and signature accompaniments; catered breakfast and lunch; a goody bag and Murray’s Boot Camp Binder
Beverages: coffee, orange juice, mimosas, red and white wine

Additional Information

Boot Camp takes place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

During some of our classes, our content team and/or partners may be filming for social media purposes.

Refund Policy

Refunds less a 5% nonrefundable processing fee up to 2 business days before the event.
If you wish to transfer these tickets to an alternate party, please send us written communication to [email protected] 2 business days prior to the class.
Tickets cannot be transferred to an alternate class date.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

I really enjoyed this class, I've taken some classes at Murray's before but the bootcamp is really great if you want to be in this field. The instructors are very good at breaking down the science and making it actually fun to learn. I had a great time and my only complaint is that is was only 3 days cause a week of this would have been amazing!
