Hang out with our butchers as they everything you need to know to make great sausage at home. After a brief demonstration of the sausage making process from start to finish, you and your classmates will roll up your sleeves and get meaty as you make your very own batch of sausage.
We'll teach you how to choose ingredients, mix in the seasoning, stuff your blend and link the finished product. At the end, you get to take home your very own handmade sausage links! We'll also cover different techniques and styles of sausage as well as the ideal cooking methods. You'll leave feeling like the Best Wurst-Maker in the World!
Please wear a sweater; classes take place in our cutting room which is usually at about 60 degrees.
