Description
What you'll learn in this chocolate making class:
You'll make your own batch of French-style dark chocolate truffles using our in-house vegan dark chocolate ganache, handmade by our head chocolate maker. You will cut and hand roll your own set of truffles, learn to temper chocolate to coat the truffles, and finally roll them into sparkling NYE toppings. You'll go home with a box of 8 truffles you made in class along with new skills to make your own truffles at home! You'll also enjoy a complimentary champagne tasting and chocolate pairing, featuring two vintage champagnes and a sparkling wine, curated by our CEO and certified sommelier Nate Hodge, to celebrate the season.
Note: Due to the structure of the class, chocolate truffle making happens in groups of 2. If the class is fully booked and you're flying solo, you may have to team up with another class to participate in the class. This class is for ages 21+ only.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour or class reservation, Raaka Chocolate must receive your request 7 days in advance of your reservation for a 95% refund. Within 7 days of the reservation, customers forfeit 50% of their reservation fee. Same day cancellations will receive no refund. Non-negotiable. Email [email protected] to reschedule or cancel.
For tours and classes, at least four people, total, must sign up. We'll notify you 24 hours in advance if we didn't meet quota and fully refund your money.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
