I would highly recommend this course to anyone considering entering the HR field, or for anyone who would like to learn the basics of how HR operates, how they can apply it to their current positions, and just exactly what they handle day to day. Janet was a wonderful instructor and is a wealth of knowledge regarding the HR field, she uses her real world experience and relates it to the textbook lessons seamlessly. I would definitlely take another course with her in the future! -
