This was not a class for beginners. There was little modeling on the part of the instructor. In one class, five different techniques were introduced at one time and the class was instructed to paint what was just shown. I feel that as a beginner I was very frustrated and overwhelmed. Instead of modeling five different techniques, each technique should be introduced one at a time and students practice the particular technique.
