Noelle Timmons

Teaches at New York Academy of Art

Noelle Timmons was born and raised in Ventura, California. She received her BFA from Laguna College of Art and Design in 2010, and in 2013 received her MFA from the New York Academy of Art. Timmons’ work has been recognized in publications such as the Huffington Post and E-VOLVED Magazine, and has been included in group shows in California and New York. Her palette is informed by the West Coast culture and environment she grew up in, and her content is executed through a lens of vivid color and subversive illusion. Timmons currently lives and works out of her studio in El Barrio’s East Harlem.
