Cedric Sparkman

Teaches at Scott's Pizza Tours

Cedric Warner Sparkman was weaned on pizza parties in Hazard, Kentucky. Although most of his early pizza experiences occurred at national chain restaurants (promotional Back to the Future II neon pink-sunglasses and all), Cedric was destined to delve deeper into the pizza universe.

He first made pizza professionally in 2005, and has worked in both front and back of house positions at various pizzerias ever since. But it wasn’t 2009 that a trip to Brooklyn’s Difara Pizza exploded his already-present pizza obsession.

Aside from his love for pizza, Cedric is also a singer and guitarist in multiple bands, and has a passion for brewing traditional German and English styles of beer.
