Has been teaching Hatha Yoga and working as a personal trainer in Carroll Gardens for the past two years. She began practicing yoga at the age of five and went on to study in both India and Thailand. She taught yoga and studied Thai massage on an island in the Gulf of Thailand before settling in Brooklyn. Damy is qualified to teach through the Integral Yoga Institute and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She also teaches mat pilates, postnatal exercise, and body sculpt group classes.
