Skye Rasmussen

Teaches at Three Jewels

Skye is originally a graduate of The Ohio State University with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science; Skye had been an avid long distance runner for over a decade. It was as she dealt with chronic knee pain from the years of running that she discovered yoga. Not only did yoga completely alleviate her knee pain, she discovered the added benefit of the practice in promoting total body fitness as well as managing the daily stressors associated with hectic New York City life. 

As a teacher, she hopes to share with her students not only her passion for the practice, but more importantly the physical, meditative and therapeutic aspects of the practice as she guides students through challenging vinyasa flow sequences.
