Laura Butlet

Teaches at ISHTA Yoga

Laura started studying yoga in 2000, taking Vinyasa flow classes in Columbus, Ohio. She began teaching in 2007, after she received her 200-hour certification at YogaWorks. She currently studies in Manhattan at the ISHTA Yoga Center with Yogiraj Alan Finger and obtained her 500-hour certification in early 2009. She recently traveled to India, and went to The Yoga Institute in Santacruz, Mumbai. She has studied many types of yoga including Iyengar, Vinyasa flow, Anusara, and ISHTA. She has extensive training in asana, meditation, pranayama, Ayurveda, and the healing aspects of yoga. Laura creates a fun, safe, and supportive environment to challenge her students to reach their full potential, not only in their bodies, but also in their lives.
