Mariliana Arvelo

Teaches at Three Jewels

Mariliana received her Hatha Yoga teaching certificates from The Vishwa Dharma Mandalam with the titles of Yoga Siromani and Yoga Ratna. Music is a key element in her classes. She believes sound can touch our hearts and take us to deep levels of consciousness. Mariliana has a background in dance for 20 years. She is also a professional photographer. Mariliana is inspired and thankful to Jenny for her meditations at the 3 Jewels and to her master Hatha Yoga teacher Keshava Das, for sharing his wisdom and knowledge, and for teaching her how to help others to connect with themselves through the practice of yoga.
