Brooke Turner

Teaches at ComedySportz New York

Brooke Turner is an actor and comedienne in NYC.  She is classically trained with an MFA and BFA in Theatre.
In addition to her commercial, and film/tv work, Brooke is currently on the PIT Sketch Comedy House Team, Run DMV, where she acts and writes sketches monthly. She has also performed Off-Broadway in plays, and other comedic shows such as Old School Sketch Show, and Dancify That. And, of course you can see her improvise with Comedy Sportz New York several Saturdays a month at The Broadway Comedy Club. Brooke has been teaching acting for over twelve years across the east coast. Her popular movement workshop at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival was attended by over 100 students. She currently teaches with Comedy Sportz, Queensborough Community College, and The Gateway Playhouse. Brooke believes that everyone can learn from an improv class, whether they want to improve their acting/comedic chops, learn to communicate better, or just step out of their comfort zone.
